• Attracting new partners, investors, and other resources is important to our quality of life.  Investments in economic development, small businesses, and entrepreneurship strengthen our city’s future growth and resilience.

• Minimize crime with supporting organizations, resources and programs for youth and young adults. 

• Workforce development is important to the city’s economy.  An educated, trained, and skilled workforce provides the foundation for both attracting and securing new opportunities.

• Creating new ways of supporting and rewarding Hampton city employees.  It is their work that brings satisfaction and recognition to our city for service delivery and quality of life. 

• Continue to work Hampton’s mission of living with water.

• Through community outreach and communications, my mission is to educate, empower, and engage the public in the business of city government.
